Really free? No card? And nobody will pester me?
Yes. The FreeSpace plan is 0 zł, with no time limit and no card. You set up the account yourself and it works straight away. We don’t call unless you ask us to. Once you outgrow 10 orders a month, you decide whether to move to a paid plan.
Do I need an invitation to set up a roastery panel?
No. You create your roastery account yourself, instantly and for free. Link invitations are only for your customers: cafés, offices or shops. They join your panel once you invite them. You, the roastery, sign up freely on your own.
I want to start small, with no commitment.
That’s what FreeSpace is for: create a free account, add one coffee and invite one customer. You’ll see live whether customers will order this way before you commit to a paid plan.
My customers phone and message me on Messenger anyway. They won’t switch to a panel.
You don’t have to force anyone overnight. You invite a customer by link, they set up an account in a minute, and in the shop they see exactly what they used to dictate over the phone: their prices and availability. The chat next to each order stays, so you keep in touch as before, just in a tidier way.
I sell on payment terms and don’t want to wait for my money.

I already have Fakturownia, InPost and an accountant. Why another tool?
vendispace doesn’t replace them; it plugs into them. Invoices go through your inFakt/Fakturownia account (with KSeF), shipments through your InPost or Apaczka, payments through your gateway. It’s the place where those pieces finally work together on a single order.
I don’t have time for an implementation or for re-entering my whole range.
Customer details are pulled from GUS by NIP (Polish tax ID), so you don’t type them in by hand. And the start is small: one account, one coffee, one customer.
What does it really cost, and will it pay off?
You start at 0 zł (FreeSpace), with no commission on sales and no fees per invoice or shipment. Paid plans (FullSpace 299 zł, ProfiSpace 499 zł net/month) only when you’ve genuinely grown.
